These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Grocery List Plus, Inc. ("GLPlus", "we", "us"). By accessing our websites, mobile apps, or any feature we offer (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and at least 18 to make a purchase. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf. Accounts for children under 13 may only be created by a parent, in which case our children's privacy notice applies.

You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, scrape, or build a competing product from our content without our written permission.

On mobile, your use is also governed by the applicable app store terms (Apple App Store LAEULA or Google Play Terms of Service).

Prices shown in Grocery List Plus are estimates, not quotes. They reflect the most recent information available to us, which may be hours or days old, may vary by store location, and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that any price you see is the price you will pay at the store.

Store availability, product sizes, images, descriptions, and other product details are provided for reference only. Always verify the label, price, and availability at the store before you rely on our information. We are not liable for losses arising from pricing inaccuracies, missing items, substitutions, out-of-stock events, or outdated product information.

Recipes in GLPlus come from third parties (including Spoonacular, Edamam, and user submissions). We do not test recipes ourselves. Cooking times, temperatures, ingredient quantities, and substitutions may be wrong. You are responsible for food safety, including proper cooking temperatures and handling of raw ingredients.

Recipe images and content remain the property of their creators. We display them under license or fair use; you may not republish them outside GLPlus.

Nutrition data is approximate and calculated from third-party databases. It is not a substitute for reading product labels. Allergy, dietary restriction, and ingredient warnings are informational and not medical advice. Always read the packaging and consult a healthcare professional if you have a medical condition, allergy, or dietary restriction.

We relay food-recall information from the USDA, FSIS, FDA, and similar authorities. We do not independently verify recall data and cannot guarantee it is complete, accurate, or timely. Recalls are informational only; check the issuing authority's website for the current status before taking action. Nothing here is medical advice.

Coupons and promotions are offered by third parties (retailers, brands, affiliate networks). We are not responsible for redemption failures, expired codes, changed terms, minimum-purchase requirements not met, or any refusal by a retailer to accept a coupon. Clipping a coupon in GLPlus does not guarantee the retailer will honor it at checkout.

"Stores near me", distance, and "available at Kroger" features rely on your device location and third-party data. "Available at [retailer]" does not mean available at every location of that retailer. Store hours, inventory, and service offerings change without notice.

Barcode and image-based product scans look up UPCs against third-party databases. Mismatches happen — the scan may return a different product or variant. Verify the product you are adding to your list before relying on the information.

You can share grocery lists with other users (family, friends, household members). Shared lists expose the items, quantities, stores, and timestamps on the list to everyone you share with. We are not responsible for information disclosed to people you chose to share with. Remove recipients or unshare a list before adding anything you do not want visible to them.

You retain ownership of anything you submit to GLPlus ("Your Content") — including recipes, photos, reviews, comments, and messages. By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, transferable license to host, display, reproduce, modify, translate, excerpt, and distribute Your Content in connection with operating, marketing, and improving the Services.

You represent that Your Content is original to you or that you have the rights to submit it, and that it does not violate any law, contract, or third-party right.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or harvest data from GLPlus in an automated way without our written permission
• Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, obscene, infringing, or intentionally misleading
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that are not yours
• Introduce malware, rate-limit-busting tools, or attempt to interfere with the Services
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use GLPlus to send spam, SMS without consent, or solicit minors
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Services except where allowed by law

GLPlus is partly supported by advertising. Ads and sponsored content are labeled as such. We may use third-party ad networks (including Google AdSense, Google AdMob on mobile) to serve relevant ads. Sponsor relationships may influence which products or offers appear in certain slots, but not our editorial content or recipe recommendations.

Paid subscription tiers reduce or remove advertising per the pricing page.

Paid subscriptions (Silver, Gold, Platinum) are billed recurringly through Stripe, Apple In-App Purchase, or Google Play Billing, depending on the platform. Prices, features, and billing terms are disclosed at checkout. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period. Refund policy is disclosed at purchase time and may vary by payment platform.

By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional emails necessary to provide the Services (account security, password resets, order confirmations, critical notices). You can opt into marketing emails and SMS notifications separately; you can opt out anytime by following the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or replying STOP to any SMS.

SMS messaging consent is specific to the mobile number you provided. You represent you are the account holder or authorized user of that number. If your number changes, update your account immediately. You agree to indemnify GLPlus against any third-party TCPA claim arising from an outdated or incorrect mobile number on your account.

Accounts with no sign-in for 24 consecutive months may be deleted along with associated personal data, except where retention is required by law, fraud prevention, or active disputes. You can delete your account at any time from account settings or by writing to support@glplusinc.com.

The GLPlus name, logo, designs, software, and curated data are owned by Grocery List Plus, Inc. or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our trademarks.

If you believe content on GLPlus infringes your copyright, send a notice under the DMCA to our designated agent at copyright@glplusinc.com, including (a) identification of the work, (b) the infringing URL, (c) your contact info, (d) a statement of good-faith belief and authority, and (e) your signature. We will respond to valid notices and may counter-notice in return.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.

Nothing in the Services is medical, dietary, nutritional, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLPLUS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THAT PERIOD OR (B) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend and hold harmless GLPlus, its officers, employees, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of (a) content you submit, (b) your breach of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (d) your misuse of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or placed the Services or other users at risk. On termination, your license to use the Services ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, liability, indemnity, arbitration) will survive.

Read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Charlotte, North Carolina or by video, at the arbitrator's discretion. North Carolina law governs without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

You and GLPlus each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to bring or participate in any class action. Disputes must be brought individually.

Small-claims carve-out: either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court (individual action only).

30-day opt-out: you may reject arbitration and class waiver by emailing support@glplusinc.com with "Arbitration Opt-Out" in the subject line within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opt-out does not affect any other part of the Terms.

Before starting arbitration, the party with a claim must send a written notice to the other and allow 60 days to attempt resolution.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app and posted on this page with a new version number and effective date. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services and, if you wish, delete your account.

These Terms (plus the Privacy and Cookie Policies and any purchase-specific terms) are the entire agreement between you and GLPlus. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights; we may assign ours in connection with a business transaction.
