Ingredients

3½ chops Pork chops

1 can (10 3/4 oz) Canned French Onion Soup

¼ cup Water

1 teaspoon Dried parsley

Egg noodles

Directions

  1. Arrange the pork chops in the bottom of your slow cooker.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the canned French Onion Soup and water until well combined.

  3. Pour the soup mixture evenly over the pork chops.

  4. Sprinkle the dried parsley over the top of the mixture.

  5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 160°F for food safety.

  6. During the final minutes of cooking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and prepare the egg noodles according to the package directions.

  7. Drain the cooked egg noodles and divide among serving bowls.

  8. Spoon the pork chops and French onion sauce over the bed of egg noodles and serve immediately.
