Ingredients
1 cup Low-fat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons Fat-free skim milk
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
Directions
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and clean running water before preparing this recipe.
Pour the cottage cheese, skim milk, and lemon juice into a blender.
Blend on medium speed for 1–2 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until the mixture reaches a smooth, creamy consistency similar to sour cream. If too thick, add a touch more milk; if too thin, add a bit more cottage cheese.
Transfer to a serving dish or storage container immediately. Use as a topping for baked potatoes, nachos, tacos, or other dishes.
