Ingredients
3 frozen ripe bananas
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut milk
dash Dash of ground cinnamon
dash Dash of maple syrup, optional
2 tablespoons peanut butter for topping
2 tablespoons cooked quinoa for topping
Directions
Place the three frozen ripe bananas into a food processor and blend until they break down into small pieces.
Add the peanut butter to the food processor and blend until combined.
Gradually pour in the coconut milk while processing, allowing the mixture to become increasingly smooth after each addition. Add more coconut milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
Once the mixture reaches a smooth, creamy texture, add a dash of ground cinnamon and process for another 10 to 15 seconds. Taste the shake, and add a dash of maple syrup only if the bananas lack natural sweetness.
Divide the milkshake evenly between two serving glasses or jars.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of peanut butter onto the surface of each shake and gently swirl it in with a knife to create a marbled effect. Top each with 1 tablespoon of cooked quinoa.
Serve and enjoy immediately while cold.
