Ingredients
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon mint extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (12 ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, milk, sweetened condensed milk, mint extract, and vanilla extract. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly blended and the extracts are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Fold in the semisweet chocolate chips until they are evenly dispersed throughout the cream mixture.
Transfer the mixture to your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency, typically 20-30 minutes depending on your machine.
Transfer the softly frozen ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze until firm, approximately 2-3 hours or until it reaches your desired hardness.
