Ingredients

10 ounces Baby spinach, washed

1½ Medium apples, chopped

1 cup Raisins

¼ cup Canola oil

¼ cup Apple cider vinegar

¼ cup Sugar

0.06 teaspoon Garlic powder

Directions

  1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before preparing the salad.

  2. Place the washed baby spinach in a large salad bowl.

  3. Chop the apples into bite-sized pieces and add them to the spinach.

  4. Add the raisins to the bowl with the spinach and apples, and gently toss to combine.

  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the canola oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and garlic powder until well combined.

  6. Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to coat all the greens evenly.
