Ingredients

4 stalks celery

½ cucumber

1 large heirloom tomato

sprigs Fresh parsley, a few sprigs

1 pear

Ice cubes for serving

Directions

  1. Rinse all produce under cool running water, gently scrubbing the celery stalks, cucumber, tomato, and pear with your hands or a produce brush to remove any dirt or residue. Rinse the fresh parsley sprigs well.

  2. Cut the heirloom tomato, cucumber, and pear into pieces small enough to fit through your juicer's feed chute. Trim the ends from the celery stalks if needed.

  3. Feed the celery, cucumber, tomato, pear, and parsley through your juicer according to the machine's instructions, alternating between harder and softer ingredients for optimal extraction.

  4. Pour the fresh juice into two serving glasses filled with ice cubes and serve immediately while cold and at peak freshness.
