Ingredients

½ cup Mayonnaise, preferably Japanese

2 tablespoon Sriracha hot sauce

1 teaspoon Freshly squeezed lime juice, optional

Directions

  1. Place the mayonnaise in a small bowl.

  2. Add the sriracha hot sauce to the mayonnaise.

  3. Stir thoroughly until the ingredients are fully combined and the mixture has an even color and texture. Taste and add additional sriracha if you prefer more heat.

  4. If using lime juice, add the freshly squeezed lime juice and stir to incorporate, which will brighten the flavor.

  5. Transfer to a small serving bowl or container and serve immediately with sushi or other dishes. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
