Ingredients
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
In a small bowl, combine sugar, salt, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper to create a dry rub.
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to help the spice blend adhere evenly.
Coat all surfaces of the chicken thighs thoroughly with the sugar and spice mixture.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the coated chicken thighs and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F when measured with a meat thermometer at the thickest part.
Transfer the cooked chicken to a serving platter and serve immediately.
