Ingredients
8 cups Fresh spinach
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
Directions
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before preparing the spinach.
Rinse the fresh spinach under cool running water and drain well to remove any dirt or sand.
Trim away the tough stems from the spinach leaves, keeping only the tender leaf portions.
Place the prepared spinach, black pepper, and lemon juice in a large skillet or saucepan.
Heat the pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally to distribute the ingredients evenly.
Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring gently, until the spinach is wilted and tender but still bright green. Do not overcook.
Transfer the lemon spinach to a serving dish and serve immediately while warm.
