Ingredients

2½ teaspoons Sweetened condensed milk

2½ teaspoons Medium-fine ground French roast coffee

as needed Boiling water

as needed Ice cubes

Directions

  1. Pour the sweetened condensed milk into the bottom of a coffee cup and set aside.

  2. Place a Vietnamese drip coffee filter on top of the cup. Unscrew the filter basket, add the ground French roast coffee, and screw the basket back in place.

  3. Pour enough boiling water into the filter to fill it completely, then close the lid. Allow the coffee to slowly drip through the filter into the cup with the condensed milk, which takes about 5 minutes.

  4. Once all the coffee has dripped through, carefully remove the filter from the cup and discard the used grounds.

  5. Stir the brewed coffee and sweetened condensed milk together until well combined.

  6. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour the coffee mixture over the ice, stirring well to chill and blend the flavors.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
