Ingredients

1 cup precooked chicken, cubed

1/8 cup buffalo sauce

1/8 cup blue cheese dressing

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 triangles per can)

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, blue cheese dressing, cooked chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated and the mixture is smooth.

  3. Open both cans of crescent dough and carefully separate each can into 8 triangular pieces. You should have 16 triangles total.

  4. Using a sharp knife, cut each crescent triangle in half lengthwise, creating two smaller, thinner triangles from each original piece. This will give you 32 thin triangles.

  5. Place about 1 teaspoon of the buffalo chicken filling at the wide base of each thin triangle. Do not overfill.

  6. Starting at the wide end where the filling sits, roll the dough tightly toward the pointed tip. The filling will be enclosed inside the rolled dough.

  7. Arrange all rolled bites on an ungreased baking sheet with the pointed end facing down.

  8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the crescents are light golden brown and cooked through.

  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
