A refreshing Caribbean-inspired mint sauce made by blending sugar and white wine vinegar with fresh mint leaves. The mixture is left to rest, allowing the sugar to fully dissolve and the mint flavor to infuse throughout, creating a bright condiment perfect for complementing grilled meats, vegetables, or seafood.
