This is a straightforward summer drink that leverages fruit at its peak in North Carolina from June through August. Every ingredient is available year-round at any major Charlotte grocer—white wine and peach juice at Food Lion or Harris Teeter, stone fruit and raspberries at Walmart or ALDI in season. The cost per serving lands around $2–$2.50 driven by the wine itself, making it reasonable for a small gathering. The 15-minute stated time is honest; there is no meaningful prep beyond rinsing and chopping. The real limitation is that it's best consumed the night it's made, as carbonation dissipates and fruit softens, so this is a same-night entertaining dish rather than a make-ahead option.
