Ingredients

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

1/3 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup Creole mustard

3 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions

1 tablespoon paprika

2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

2 teaspoons horseradish

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Louisiana hot sauce

1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise and heavy cream together, stirring until smooth and well blended.

  2. Add the Creole mustard, sliced green onions, paprika, Cajun seasoning, horseradish, garlic powder, Louisiana hot sauce, and sweet pickle relish to the mayo mixture.

  3. Whisk all ingredients together until fully incorporated, creating a cohesive remoulade sauce with flecks of green onion throughout.

  4. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired, adding more hot sauce for heat or more mustard for tang.

  5. Transfer the remoulade to a serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to use, or use immediately on your prepared oyster po' boy sandwiches.
