Ingredients

1 ounce (30 ml) Irish whiskey

1 ounce (30 ml) Irish cream liqueur

1/4 cup (60 ml) whole milk

1/4 cup (50 g) sugar

3/4 cup (180 ml) cold brewed coffee

1 1/2 cups (360 ml) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Add the Irish whiskey, Irish cream liqueur, milk, sugar, cold coffee, and ice cubes to a high-powered blender in the order listed.

  2. Secure the blender lid firmly in place.

  3. Start the blender on low speed, then gradually increase the speed over 10-15 seconds until reaching the highest setting.

  4. Blend for approximately 30 seconds or until the mixture reaches your desired consistency with a smooth, frosty texture.

  5. Pour the frozen mixture immediately into two chilled glasses and serve right away.
