Ingredients

2 cup Chia seeds

2 cups Milk

1 tablespoon White sugar

½ teaspoon Vanilla extract

2 tablespoons Unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)

2 tablespoons Raisins (optional)

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the milk, chia seeds, white sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir well to distribute the seeds evenly and prevent clumping.

  2. Allow the mixture to rest at room temperature for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. This allows the chia seeds to begin absorbing the liquid and thickening the pudding.

  3. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and transfer to the refrigerator. Chill for at least 8 hours or overnight until the pudding reaches your desired creamy consistency.

  4. Before serving, stir the pudding again to ensure even texture. If desired, divide into serving bowls and top with unsweetened coconut flakes and raisins.
