Ingredients
All-purpose flour, for dusting
1 8-ounce package Crescent roll dough
8 ounces Deli corned beef, thinly sliced and chopped
2 Scallions, chopped
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Dust a clean work surface lightly with flour. Gently roll out the crescent roll dough into an 11-by-14-inch rectangle. Transfer it to a 24-cup muffin tin, positioning it evenly across the top of the cups.
Using a pastry cutter with a straight wheel (or a plastic knife if needed), carefully cut the dough to create 24 individual squares, slicing between each cup horizontally and vertically.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped corned beef, scallions, shredded Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Stir until well mixed.
Fill each dough-lined cup with about 1½ tablespoons of the corned beef mixture.
Gently bring the four corners of each dough square up toward the center of its cup, gathering them together at the top to create a little pouch.
Bake in the preheated oven for 11 to 13 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
