Ingredients

All-purpose flour, for dusting

1 8-ounce package Crescent roll dough

8 ounces Deli corned beef, thinly sliced and chopped

2 Scallions, chopped

1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded

3 tablespoons Mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Dust a clean work surface lightly with flour. Gently roll out the crescent roll dough into an 11-by-14-inch rectangle. Transfer it to a 24-cup muffin tin, positioning it evenly across the top of the cups.

  3. Using a pastry cutter with a straight wheel (or a plastic knife if needed), carefully cut the dough to create 24 individual squares, slicing between each cup horizontally and vertically.

  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped corned beef, scallions, shredded Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Stir until well mixed.

  5. Fill each dough-lined cup with about 1½ tablespoons of the corned beef mixture.

  6. Gently bring the four corners of each dough square up toward the center of its cup, gathering them together at the top to create a little pouch.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 11 to 13 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
