Ingredients
½ cup low-fat milk
¼ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons honey
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup rolled oats
¼ cup frozen raspberries
Directions
In a clean jar or container with a tight-fitting lid, whisk together the low-fat milk, Greek yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Stir in the rolled oats, mixing thoroughly to coat all the oats evenly with the yogurt mixture.
Gently fold in the frozen raspberries or scatter them on top, distributing them throughout the oat mixture.
Cover the jar with the lid and place it in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight, allowing the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.
Remove from the refrigerator. Stir well and adjust consistency with extra milk if desired. Eat cold straight from the jar, or transfer to a bowl and microwave for 1–2 minutes until warm if you prefer it heated.
