Ingredients

6 slices deli ham, chopped

2 Hawaiian hot dog buns

1/4 cup shredded cheese blend (mozzarella, cheddar, and Colby Jack)

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1/4 cup prepared mustard

2 tablespoons honey

Directions

  1. Lightly coat a medium skillet with non-stick cooking spray and place it over medium heat.

  2. Once the skillet is hot, add the chopped ham and stir constantly for 3 minutes until it begins to warm through and develop light browning around the edges.

  3. Add the shredded cheese blend to the ham and stir continuously for 1 minute until the cheese is fully melted and combined.

  4. Remove the skillet from heat. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, and honey until well combined.

  5. Divide the warm ham and cheese mixture evenly between the two Hawaiian buns, spooning it into the center of each.

  6. Drizzle the honey-mustard sauce over the filled buns and serve immediately while warm.
