Ingredients

45 count Large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons Butter

¼ cup Brown sugar

2 teaspoons Honey

1½ teaspoons Creole seasoning

½ teaspoon Red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it melts completely.

  2. Stir in brown sugar, mixing until it dissolves and begins to caramelize slightly, about 1-2 minutes.

  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and sprinkle with Creole seasoning and red pepper flakes, stirring well to coat evenly.

  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 4-5 minutes until the shrimp turn bright pink and reach an internal temperature of 145°F.

  5. Drizzle honey over the shrimp and stir to combine. Cook for 30 seconds more.

  6. Transfer to a serving platter and serve immediately while hot.
