Ingredients

2 cups extra-strong brewed coffee, cooled

2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk

Directions

  1. Brew extra-strong coffee and allow it to cool completely to room temperature.

  2. Pour the cooled coffee into a mixing bowl and add the sweetened condensed milk.

  3. Stir the mixture thoroughly until the milk and coffee are well combined. Taste the mixture and adjust the creaminess by adding a spoonful or two more of condensed milk if desired, being careful not to add too much as it will affect freezing.

  4. Divide the coffee mixture evenly among popsicle molds, leaving a small amount of space at the top.

  5. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold according to manufacturer instructions, or freeze uncovered for 2-3 hours until partially frozen before inserting sticks.

  6. Freeze completely until solid, approximately 6-8 hours or overnight.

  7. Run warm water over the outside of the molds briefly to loosen the popsicles, then gently remove and serve immediately.
