Ingredients
8 fillets Salmon fillets (8 fillets, 6 ounces each)
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Fresh dill, chopped
3 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, fresh chopped dill, and 2 tablespoons of the lemon juice. Stir until well mixed and set aside.
Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat (around 400°F). Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides lightly with salt and black pepper.
Place salmon fillets skin-side up on the hot grill. Cook for 5-6 minutes without moving them, allowing them to develop a light char.
Carefully flip the fillets skin-side down. Cook for another 4-6 minutes until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F at the thickest part.
Transfer the cooked salmon to a serving platter. Generously top each fillet with a spoonful of the dill-mayonnaise mixture.
Drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice over each salmon fillet and serve immediately.
