Ingredients

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 small clove Garlic clove, minced

1 large lemon Fresh lemon juice

2 tsp Maple syrup or raw honey

⅓ cup Olive oil

Directions

  1. Mince the garlic clove finely using a microplane or small grater for best results.

  2. Add the minced garlic, Dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice, and maple syrup (or honey) to a small bowl.

  3. Whisk the mixture together until well combined.

  4. Slowly add the olive oil while whisking continuously to help emulsify the dressing.

  5. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use. Shake vigorously before each use, as the oil and lemon juice will naturally separate during storage.
