Ingredients
1 cup fresh strawberries, diced (or frozen)
1 cup watermelon, cubed
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks, or canned packed in natural juice
Directions
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before preparing the salad.
Prepare the fruit by dicing the strawberries into bite-sized pieces. If using fresh pineapple, cut it into chunks; if using canned pineapple, do not drain the natural juice. Cut the watermelon into cubes.
Combine the strawberries, watermelon cubes, and pineapple with its natural juice in a medium bowl. Gently stir together until the fruits are well mixed.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve the salad as soon as possible after chilling to enjoy the fruits at their freshest and most flavorful.
