Ingredients
1 Vanilla Almond Crunch protein bar
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt and cream cheese spread
¼ cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup Powdered sugar
1 tablespoon Fresh orange juice
Assorted fresh fruit for topping
Directions
Unwrap the vanilla almond crunch bar and place it on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for 10 seconds until slightly softened. Carefully remove from the microwave and break the bar in half. Reassemble the two pieces into a loose square shape on the plate.
Using your fingers or the back of a spoon, gently press and flatten the bar pieces outward into a thin circular disc, approximately 4–5 inches in diameter. Do not overly compress; aim for an even, pizza-like thickness.
In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and fresh orange juice. Whisk or stir until the mixture is smooth and spreadable, with no lumps.
Spread the yogurt-cream cheese mixture evenly over the warm protein bar crust, leaving a small border around the edge if desired.
Top the pizza with your choice of fresh fruit, arranging pieces as desired. Serve immediately while the crust is still slightly warm.
