Ingredients
1½ cups Irish whiskey
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
Directions
Pour the Irish whiskey into a clean glass bottle or jar.
Add the sweetened condensed milk to the whiskey.
Pour in the heavy cream.
Sprinkle the cocoa powder and instant espresso powder over the mixture.
Close the bottle and shake vigorously for 1 to 2 minutes until all ingredients are fully combined and the mixture is smooth.
Let the liqueur sit at room temperature for 5 minutes to allow any air bubbles to settle.
Shake again briefly before serving to recombine if the mixture has begun to separate.
Serve chilled, over ice, or in coffee. Store in a cool, dark place or refrigerate for up to 2 months.
