Ingredients
4 top loin pork chops
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons light honey mustard dressing
Directions
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Place the pork chops in the skillet and cook without moving them for 2 to 3 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown.
Using a spatula, flip each pork chop carefully and cook the other side for 1 to 2 minutes until lightly browned.
Pour the orange juice, soy sauce, and honey mustard dressing over the chops, stirring gently to coat them evenly.
Cover the skillet with a lid and reduce the heat to medium-low.
Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F when measured with a meat thermometer in the thickest part, or until no pink remains inside and the meat is tender.
