Ingredients

¼ cup brown sugar

⅓ cup honey

½ cup ketchup

2 tablespoons soy sauce

3 garlic cloves, minced

28 oz frozen fully cooked meatballs

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, and minced garlic until fully combined and smooth.

  2. Add the frozen meatballs to a 3- to 4-quart crockpot. Pour the honey-garlic sauce over the meatballs and stir gently to ensure all meatballs are evenly coated.

  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours, stirring occasionally to distribute the sauce and prevent sticking.

  4. Serve warm as an appetizer with toothpicks, or as a main course over steamed rice.
