Ingredients
3 tablespoons flavored gelatin powder (any flavor)
2 cups boiling water
1 1/2 cups 1% low-fat milk
1 package (3.5 ounces) vanilla instant pudding mix
Directions
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and clean water before beginning.
Pour the flavored gelatin powder into a medium bowl and carefully pour the boiling water over it. Stir well for about 2 minutes until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Set the gelatin mixture aside at room temperature to cool for at least 30 minutes, or until it reaches room temperature.
Pour the 1% milk into a large mixing bowl and add the vanilla instant pudding mix.
Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the milk and pudding mixture for 1 minute until it begins to thicken.
Slowly pour the cooled gelatin mixture into the pudding mixture while continuing to beat on low speed. Gradually incorporate all of the gelatin until the mixture is smooth and well combined, about 1-2 minutes.
Pour the entire mixture into a 9x13 inch baking pan, spreading it evenly.
Cover the pan and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, or until the mixture is completely set and firm to the touch.
Once fully set, cut the mixture into fun shapes using small cookie cutters or use a sharp knife to cut into squares, rectangles, or other desired shapes.
Store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
