Ingredients

¼ cup Honey

¼ cup Peanut butter

½ cup Non-fat dry milk powder

½ cup Cereal, crushed into fine crumbs

Directions

  1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before beginning.

  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the honey and peanut butter, stirring until well blended and smooth.

  3. Gradually sprinkle the dry milk powder into the honey-peanut butter mixture, stirring constantly to incorporate. Mix until the mixture becomes thick and uniform.

  4. Cover the mixture and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour, until it is firm enough to handle.

  5. Lightly coat your hands with a neutral oil or cooking spray. Scoop small portions of the chilled mixture and roll between your palms to form smooth balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

  6. Place the crushed cereal in a shallow dish. Roll each ball in the cereal crumbs, turning gently to coat all sides evenly.

  7. Return the coated balls to the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour, or until they are completely firm.

  8. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Refrigerate within 2 hours of making.
