Ingredients
6 Hard boiled eggs
½ cup Mayonnaise
½ cup Pre-made guacamole
1 tsp Ground mustard
¼ cup Bacon bits
Salt
Black pepper
Directions
Carefully slice each hard boiled egg in half lengthwise. Gently remove the yolks and place them in a medium mixing bowl.
Add mayonnaise, guacamole, and ground mustard to the bowl with the egg yolks.
Using a hand mixer or fork, blend the ingredients together until smooth and fully combined. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
Transfer the filling mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large decorative tip. Pipe the mixture generously into each egg white half.
Top each filled egg with a sprinkle of bacon bits and serve immediately.
Comments
Every ingredient is a standard stock item at Harris Teeter, Food Lion, Kroger, Walmart, and ALDI—nothing requires a special trip. The stated 20 minutes is realistic if you're using store-bought guacamole; boiling eggs takes 12 minutes and the assembly is quick, making this genuinely doable on a weeknight. At roughly 70 cents per serving (bacon and eggs drive the cost), it's an affordable appetizer for a crowd. The real limitation is that deviled eggs must be served fresh or within hours—they don't reheat well and taste best same-day—so this works for a party or dinner but not for meal prep.
