Ingredients
1 pound pasta, uncooked
2 cups vegetables (fresh, frozen, or canned and drained)
1 cup spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Directions
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing the meal.
Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil.
Carefully add the pasta to the boiling water, stirring to separate the strands.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook the pasta according to the package directions until it reaches a tender consistency.
Pour the cooked pasta into a colander and drain thoroughly; set the cooked pasta aside.
Return the empty pot to medium-low heat and add the vegetables and spaghetti sauce.
Warm the vegetables and sauce over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are heated through, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Add the drained cooked pasta back into the pot with the vegetables and sauce, and stir together until well combined.
Transfer the pasta and vegetable mixture to a serving dish and sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top just before serving.
