Ingredients
2 ounces Irish cream liqueur
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1½ ounces liquid espresso, slightly cooled
cocoa powder for garnish
Directions
Pour the Irish cream liqueur, vanilla ice cream, and cooled espresso into a cocktail shaker.
Fill the shaker halfway with ice cubes, secure the lid tightly, and shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds until the mixture reaches a very cold temperature.
Strain the chilled mixture into a cocktail glass and dust lightly with cocoa powder if desired.
