Ingredients
1 cup Lemon juice
½ cup Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
1 tablespoon Fresh oregano
1 Porterhouse steak
2 Fresh Maine lobster tails
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, and a pinch each of salt and pepper to create a marinade.
Pat the Porterhouse steak dry and place it in a shallow dish. Pour half of the marinade over the steak, turning to coat both sides evenly. Set aside at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Place the lobster tails in a separate shallow dish and pour the remaining marinade over them, coating well. Let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Preheat your grill to high heat (around 450°F or until you can hold your hand over it for only 2-3 seconds).
Remove the steak from the marinade and place it directly on the hot grill grates. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust timing to reach an internal temperature of 145°F at the thickest part.
While the steak cooks, place the lobster tails shell-side down on the grill. Grill for 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque throughout and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
Remove the steak and lobster from the grill and let rest for 3-5 minutes before serving. Garnish with any pan juices or remaining marinade if desired.
