Ingredients

400 grams Chicken breast, ground

1 teaspoon Sea salt

1 tablespoon Soy sauce

1 teaspoon Baking powder

½ cup Water

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken breast, sea salt, soy sauce, and baking powder. Mix gently by hand until just combined; do not overmix, as this can make the meatballs tough.

  2. Form the mixture into 8–10 meatballs of roughly equal size, about 1.5 inches in diameter.

  3. Bring water to a gentle simmer in a pot or skillet over medium heat.

  4. Carefully place the meatballs into the simmering water. They will initially sink; maintain a gentle simmer and cook for 12–15 minutes until they float to the surface and remain floating, indicating they are cooked through. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).

  5. Using a slotted spoon, remove the meatballs from the water and transfer to a serving plate. Serve warm as a main course.
