All ingredients are stocked at any major Charlotte chain—whiskey at Food Lion or Walmart, half and half and condensed milk at any grocery, cocoa powder and vanilla at Harris Teeter or Kroger. The ten-minute claim is honest: you're mixing five ingredients in a jar. At roughly $1.50 per serving for quality whiskey, this beats a $25 bottle of Baileys by a factor of four and tastes just as good. The real strength is that it keeps for weeks in a cool pantry, so one batch covers your holiday entertaining or weeknight pours without waste.
