Ingredients

1 2/3 cups Jameson Irish whiskey

1 cup half and half

1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Pour the whiskey, half and half, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract into a blender.

  2. Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined, about 1 to 2 minutes.

  3. Transfer the Irish cream to glass bottles or jars and refrigerate.

  4. Before each use, shake the bottle vigorously to recombine any settled ingredients. Serve over ice or stir into cocktails and coffee drinks as desired.
