Ingredients

2 tablespoons fat-free, reduced-sodium chicken broth

3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon dried oregano

2 teaspoons olive oil

1/4 teaspoon salt

4 bone-in center-cut pork chops (6 ounces each), trimmed of all visible fat

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the chicken broth, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, olive oil, and salt to create the marinade.

  2. Place the trimmed pork chops in a shallow dish or resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the chops, ensuring they are evenly coated.

  3. Marinate the pork chops in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).

  5. Remove the pork chops from the marinade, allowing excess liquid to drip off. Reserve any remaining marinade for basting.

  6. Place the pork chops on the preheated grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, occasionally basting with the reserved marinade, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  7. Transfer the grilled pork chops to a clean plate and let them rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
