Ingredients
4 cups Frozen fruit (mango, pineapple, watermelon, or honeydew), cut into 1-inch pieces
3 Tbsp Fresh lime juice
½ tsp Kosher salt
2 Tbsp Agave nectar
2 cups Coconut water
2 cups Ice
Directions
Add the frozen fruit pieces, lime juice, kosher salt, agave nectar, coconut water, and ice to a blender.
Blend on high speed until the mixture reaches a smooth slushy consistency, about 1–2 minutes. If the mixture is too thick, add more coconut water 1/4 cup at a time until you reach the desired texture.
Taste the slushy and stir in additional agave nectar if you prefer it sweeter.
Pour the slushy evenly into four glasses and serve immediately.
