Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian herb blend

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon celery salt

1/2 cup vinegar

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. Thoroughly wash your hands with soap and warm water before preparing the dressing.

  2. Pour the vinegar and water into a clean pint-sized jar with a tight-fitting lid.

  3. Add the garlic powder, Italian herb blend, grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and celery salt to the jar.

  4. Pour the vegetable oil into the jar.

  5. Secure the lid tightly onto the jar and shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds until all ingredients are well blended and emulsified.

  6. Refrigerate the dressing until ready to use. Shake again before each use, as the oil and vinegar may separate upon standing.
