Ingredients
8 small chicken drumsticks (about 2 lb.)
1/2 cup Asian toasted sesame dressing
2 teaspoons freshly grated gingerroot
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken drumsticks and cook for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until the skin is evenly browned on all sides.
Carefully drain any excess fat from the skillet. Add the sesame dressing, grated ginger, orange juice, and soy sauce, stirring to combine and coat the chicken evenly.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium and cover the skillet with a lid. Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F at the thickest part of the thigh, and the glaze thickens slightly.
Transfer the chicken and glaze to a serving platter and serve hot.
