Ingredients
3 pieces naan or flatbread
4 oz goat cheese, softened
2 tbsp honey
¾ cup fresh blueberries
3 oz prosciutto, thinly shaved
2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and keep it ready.
In a small bowl, whisk together the softened goat cheese and honey until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Arrange the three naan pieces on the prepared baking sheet. Divide the honeyed goat cheese mixture evenly among them, spreading it in a thin, uniform layer over each piece.
Distribute the fresh blueberries evenly across the top of each naan, dividing them among all three pieces.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges of the naan are golden and the topping is heated through.
Remove from the oven and immediately top each pizza with the shaved prosciutto and fresh thyme leaves.
Finish with a light sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper to taste. Slice and serve warm.
Comments
Naan, goat cheese, honey, blueberries, and prosciutto are all stocked at Harris Teeter and most other Charlotte chains, so you can shop a single trip—nothing exotic required. At roughly $2.50 per serving (naan around $4 per package, goat cheese $5–6, prosciutto $6–8, blueberries $4–5 depending on season, honey and thyme pantry staples), this lands in the mid-range for a special-occasion appetizer or light lunch. The stated 15 minutes is honest if naan is pre-made; if you're toasting or crisping it, budget five minutes more. This is a same-night dish—goat cheese and prosciutto don't reheat well—so plan it for when everyone's ready to eat together, but the minimal cooking and assembly make it genuinely fuss-free for a weeknight or casual entertaining.
