Ingredients
16 Whole graham crackers
1 14 oz can Sweetened condensed milk
2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Mini marshmallows, optional
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Pulse the graham crackers in a food processor until they form fine, even crumbs.
Transfer the graham cracker crumbs to a large mixing bowl. Add the sweetened condensed milk and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined and the mixture is well incorporated.
Using a cookie scoop or small spoon, portion the mixture into roughly 1-tablespoon-sized balls. Place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheets.
For the classic version, bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly set. For the s'mores version, press 2–3 mini marshmallows onto the top of each portion before baking, then bake for 8–10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow the morsels to cool completely on the baking sheet before serving. They will firm up as they cool.
Comments
These no-bake treats are dead-simple: crush graham crackers, mix with sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips, press into a pan, top with mini marshmallows, and chill. All four ingredients are stocked at every Charlotte grocer—Harris Teeter, Food Lion, Publix, Walmart, ALDI, Kroger—with no special trips needed. The real cost is the condensed milk and chocolate (roughly $3–4 total), but at 24 servings that lands under 20 cents per piece, making it genuinely cheap. The stated 45 minutes is honest if you count chilling time; active work is maybe 10 minutes. It's forgiving, requires no oven, travels well, and reheats fine if anyone wants warm squares. The only slight drawback is that it's a novelty dessert rather than a weeknight anchor—nice to make with kids or for a bake sale, but not a recipe you'll return to weekly.
