Ingredients

1 medium pear, cored and finely chopped

1 medium apple, cored and finely chopped

2 kiwifruits, cored and finely chopped

1 medium orange, peeled and finely chopped

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon lemon juice

cinnamon graham crackers, optional

Directions

  1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before beginning food preparation.

  2. Rinse the pear, apple, kiwifruits, and orange under cool running water, then pat dry.

  3. Core the pear and apple, removing the seeds and tough center. Peel and remove any seeds from the orange.

  4. Finely chop all the fruits—pear, apple, kiwis, and orange—into small, evenly sized pieces and transfer to a medium mixing bowl.

  5. Drizzle the honey and lemon juice over the chopped fruit mixture.

  6. Using a gentle folding motion, toss the fruit until the honey and lemon juice are evenly distributed throughout.

  7. If serving with crackers, serve the fruit salsa alongside cinnamon graham crackers for dipping. Enjoy immediately or cover and refrigerate until serving.
