Every ingredient is a pantry staple available at any Charlotte grocer—Harris Teeter, Food Lion, ALDI, and Walmart all stock these spices, with no special trip required. At roughly $0.10 per serving, this is essentially free once you have the component spices on hand, and the five-minute time claim is honest: it's just measuring and mixing. The real value is that this blend works across weeknight proteins and vegetables with zero fuss, keeps indefinitely in a jar, and makes the next week's cooking faster. The only caveat is that if you're buying all five spices new, the upfront cost is real—but you're building a kitchen staple that will pay for itself in two or three uses.
