Ingredients
6 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup pesto
Directions
Place the crumbled feta cheese into a food processor.
Add the Greek yogurt and pesto to the food processor with the feta.
Process all ingredients until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency, about 1 to 2 minutes. Pause and scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed to ensure even blending.
Transfer the finished dip to a serving bowl and serve immediately with vegetables, pita, or crackers.
Comments
This dip is genuinely quick and all three ingredients are stocked at Harris Teeter, Food Lion, Publix, Walmart, ALDI, and Kroger banners without a special trip. The real cost driver is the feta—a good block runs $6 to $8, pushing the per-serving ingredient cost to around $1.50 before crackers or vegetables. The five-minute claim is honest if you have pesto ready; if you're making pesto from scratch, add another 10 minutes and a food processor. The dip itself doesn't reheat well and is best served the same night, so portion accordingly for your crowd.
