Ingredients

2 cups Strong brewed coffee, cooled

1 cup Whole milk

¼ cup Sweetened condensed milk

Directions

  1. Brew 2 cups of strong coffee using your preferred brewing method. For traditional Vietnamese style, use a dark roast coffee with a fine grind. Allow the coffee to cool to room temperature.

  2. In a mixing bowl or measuring pitcher, combine the cooled strong coffee, whole milk, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir together until the condensed milk is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth and evenly blended.

  3. Pour the coffee mixture into popsicle molds, filling each mold to just below the top rim to allow for slight expansion during freezing.

  4. Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold, pushing them down until they stand upright and stable.

  5. Place the filled molds in the freezer for at least 6 to 8 hours, or until the popsicles are completely frozen solid. Overnight freezing is recommended for best results.

  6. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them slightly, then gently pull the sticks or ease the popsicles out. Serve immediately and enjoy.
