Ingredients
12 medium chocolate chip cookies
2 3 cup sweetened condensed milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whole milk
Directions
Combine the sweetened condensed milk and whole milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for 60 seconds, then stir well until completely blended. Add the vanilla extract and stir to combine.
Break the chocolate chip cookies into approximately 1-inch pieces. Divide the cookie pieces among 8 popsicle molds, using pieces from about 1.5 cookies per mold. Press gently to settle the pieces, but do not pack them tightly.
Pour the milk mixture into each mold carefully, filling to just below the rim and leaving a small gap at the top (about 1/4 inch), as the mixture will expand slightly during freezing.
Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold, positioning them so they stand upright.
Freeze the pops for at least 4 hours or until completely solid. Run warm water over the outside of each mold for a few seconds to help remove the pops from the molds before serving.
