Ingredients

6 tablespoons Hoisin sauce

2 tablespoons Sriracha

1 tablespoon Fresh ginger, finely grated

1 tablespoon Sesame oil

2 pounds Chicken wings

½ cup Scallions, chopped

1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and arrange them on a large baking sheet in a single layer.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the hoisin sauce, sriracha, grated ginger, and sesame oil until well combined to form a smooth glaze.

  3. Brush the glaze generously over all sides of the chicken wings, ensuring they are evenly coated.

  4. Roast the wings for 35–40 minutes, stirring and recoating with the glaze halfway through, until the wings are deeply browned and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  5. Remove the wings from the oven and transfer them to a serving platter. Sprinkle the chopped scallions and sesame seeds over the top.

  6. Serve immediately while hot and enjoy.
