Ingredients

1 cup Heavy cream

3 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream liqueur

½ cup Irish whiskey

4 tablespoons Brown sugar

4 cups Strong hot brewed coffee

Directions

  1. Pour the heavy cream into the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Add the Baileys Irish Cream liqueur to the cream.

  2. Whip the cream and Baileys together on medium-high speed until the mixture becomes thick, fluffy, and forms stiff peaks, approximately 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer the whipped cream to a separate bowl and set aside.

  3. Divide the brown sugar evenly among four large coffee mugs, placing 1 tablespoon in each mug.

  4. Pour 2 tablespoons of Irish whiskey into each mug, then add 1 cup of the strong hot coffee to each mug. Stir well to dissolve the sugar and incorporate the whiskey.

  5. Top each mug generously with the Baileys whipped cream, filling nearly one-third of the mug's height with the creamy layer.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy by sipping the hot coffee through the thick layer of whipped cream.
